By accessing or using RepuTable ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RepuTable provides autonomous reputation management for independent food and beverage businesses, including review monitoring, AI-generated response drafts, crisis detection, and weekly reports.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Your first Monday report is free. If you do not cancel before your first billing date, you will be charged the applicable plan rate. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
You are responsible for all content posted on third-party review platforms through the Service. You agree to review all AI-generated responses during the 30-day approval gate. You must not use the Service to post false, defamatory, or misleading content.
You retain ownership of your business data, brand voice, and content. You grant RepuTable a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
RepuTable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
