We collect information you provide directly: your name, email, business name, and review platform URLs. We also collect usage data such as login times and dashboard activity.
We use your information to provide the Service, generate AI responses in your brand voice, send weekly reports, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We access publicly available reviews on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Facebook solely to provide the monitoring and response drafting service. We do not store review content beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
We use bank-level encryption (TLS/SSL) and industry-standard security practices. Your data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel only.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Anthropic for AI response generation. Each has their own privacy policy governing use of your data.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
